I bought many houses. One scaring thing is mortgage applications - too many applications materials to prepare.
One thing I experienced again and again is the loan processor kept asking the same document again and again and some documents that are not required.
At this stage, most the loan officers who initially helped you would gone away without helping you at all - she was sitting with her son waiting for her commission arrive. You have to shout at the loan processor you self.

Wendy is different.

In the last loan application, the loan officer did the same thing: asking something already have. Wendy was in office. She sat down and helped the loan processor to identify all the documents.

That was one of the easiest loan application I ever had.
